Marking the expiration of the New START Treaty – the last remaining agreement between the United States and Russia on the control of strategic nuclear weapons.

The protest aims to draw attention to the risks of a renewed nuclear arms race and to the deployment of Russian tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus.
