“Our House” and “Adliga” CEDAW submissions officially published by OHCHR
Two submissions prepared by “Our House” and “Adliga” officially accepted and published by OHCHR within the CEDAW process
Two submissions prepared by the International Centre for Civil Initiatives “Our House” and the affiliated women’s organization “Adliga” have been officially accepted and published by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) within the international consultation process on the Draft CEDAW General Recommendation No. 41 on Gender Stereotypes.
The submissions were prepared as contributions from civil society organizations to the ongoing development of international standards related to gender stereotypes and discrimination.
One submission concerns the situation in Belarus and was prepared by “Our House.” The second submission concerns the situation in Lithuania and was prepared by the affiliated women’s organization “Adliga.”
Both documents were officially accepted by OHCHR and are now publicly listed among the NGO contributions to the process on the official United Nations website.

The acceptance and publication of both submissions confirms the participation of “Our House” and “Adliga” in international human rights advocacy and cooperation with United Nations human rights mechanisms.
